Adults 18 years of age and over: Take 1 tablet daily for at least 7 days and up to 14 days. Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food. Do not crush or chew the tablet. Do not take more than once daily in a 24-hour period.

Jared Blyth, 34, of White Plains, was arrested last month after a tip-off that he had used Nexium 24HR and Nexium 10HR to manufacture prescription drugs, including Nexium 24HR, the company said in a statement.
The alleged criminal charges were announced Wednesday in a federal court in Washington, D. C., where the family of the suspect was arraigned.
The suspect, who was not named, is scheduled to appear in Brooklyn District Court on Wednesday morning.
Blyth was arrested last month in an investigation into illegal drug distribution in the New Jersey town of West Virginia.
The family's case was prosecuted by Assistant U. S. Attorney Jillian Hirsch.
"We are deeply concerned about the potential ramifications of this criminal activity," Hirsch said.
"These are very serious crimes that require immediate attention to the consequences," she said.
The investigation is ongoing.
The defendant has been a key player in the U. Justice Department's criminal prosecution efforts.
